Andreas Biebl, VP, Marketing

As VP, Marketing, Andreas Biebl is primarily responsible for growing the DECA owned and operated web sites as well as forging partnerships with leading media sites to syndicate DECA’s premium video content.

Prior to joining DECA in 2009 Andreas was Director of International Internet Marketing at eBay where he coordinated eBay’s global Marketing efforts and built a team from scratch to centralize international SEM & SEO Marketing programs. In 2003 Andreas opened eBay’s Vienna office and led it to become Austria’s leading auction site. He also worked for eDreams.com in Barcelona, Spain, dove into strategy consulting in Munich, Germany and started his career with Johnson & Johnson in Austria.

Andreas holds an MBA from INSEAD in France, an MA in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and a degree in International Business with highest distinction from the University of Innsbruck, Austria. Having lived throughout Europe he is fluent in five languages.
